Biographical Information[edit]
Hector Maestri was a major league pitcher with a 1.12 ERA and also a Cuban pitcher with the Cienfuegos Elephants. He was later at one time president of the ex-Professional Cuban Baseball Players in Exile.
He also pitched in the minors with Appleton.
He was one of the nine players who appeared with the Washington Senators prior to expansion, and then appeared with the new Senators after the original team went to Minnesota.
