Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Gus Varland is the brother of Louie Varland. He was selected by the Milwaukee Brewers from the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 2022 Rule V Draft and made his major league debut on Opening Day, March 30, 2023, by pitching 1 inning in relief in a 4-0 loss to the Chicago Cubs.
