Biographical Information[edit]
Outfielder Gus Felix played five seasons in the National League, typically as a regular.
The book Crack of the Bat has a photo of Felix in a Brooklyn uniform holding a bat.
Felix played left field and center field. As a hitter, his best year was with the 1925 Boston Braves when he hit .307. In the minors he hit as high as .334 for Charleston in 1921.
He managed at Tampa in 1919.
