Greg Elkson

Greg Elkson won five Capps Medals as the best player in the South Australian Baseball League and was named their top player in the Claxton Shield in 1981, 1982 and 1983. He played in each Claxton Shield from 1979-1984 and again in 1986 and 1987, then played for the Adelaide Giants in the first Australian Baseball League season. He pitched for the Australian national team in the 1980 Amateur World Series, 1982 Amateur World Series and 1985 Intercontinental Cup among other events.
