Grayle Howlett
Grayle Howlett was an executive for the Tulsa Oilers from 1946-1961. His work to promote the team drove attendance over 200,000 for the first time in franchise history in 1948. He arranged the first televised minor league game in 1953. He was inducted into the Texas League Hall of Fame in 2000.
