Granma

From BR Bullpen

Granma is the official newspaper of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party.

Its name comes from the yacht Granma that carried Fidel Castro and 81 other rebels to Cuba's shores in 1956 launching the Cuban Revolution.

International editions are published in English, Spanish, French, and Portugese. It is normally published 6 days a week (not on Sundays).

The paper regularly carries news on sports in Cuba and around the world, including baseball news about the Cuban team.
