Gocheok Sky Dome
The Gocheok Sky Dome is a domed ballpark located in Seoul, South Korea. Its capacity is 17,000 and it serves as the home ballpark for the Nexen Heroes of the Korea Baseball Organization.
Its official opening came on September 15, 2015. It was host to the 2016 Korea Baseball Organization All-Star Game and to Pool A games in the 2017 World Baseball Classic. On March 20-21, 2024, it was the venue for the first two Major League Baseball games to be played in South Korea, featuring the San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers. Mookie Betts was the first major league player to homer in the ballpark, doing so in the second game.
Gocheok Sky Dome also serves as a concert venue.
