Gerardo Rionda Pestano
Infielder Gerardo Rionda played for ten seasons in the Cuban Serie Nacional, hitting only .215/.310/.271 while fielding .943. He stole 99 bases in 149 tries. He led the 1976-1977 season with nine steals while with the Azucareros. In 1977-1978, he fanned 44 times for the Citricultores to tie Reinaldo Fernández for the lead.
