Gerónimo Rodríguez pitched for the Dominican national team. He led the 1969 Amateur World Series with a 0.00 ERA, helping the Dominicans to a Bronze Medal. He again helped them to a Bronze in the 1970 Central American and Caribbean Games and remained with the team for the 1970 Amateur World Series and 1971 Pan American Games.
