George Smith (umpire)
An umpire named George Smith is credited with working two major league games - 15 years apart. This may be the same person - or not. The games took place in the National Association in 1872 and in the American Association in 1887. The first game was in Boston, MA and the second in Brooklyn, NY, so the likelihood that the two arbiters were the same person is likely small.
