George Milstead pitched professionally from 1921 to 1950. He accumulated a 231-249 minor league record in 4,026 innings over 740 games.
Milstead managed the 1942 Wichita Falls Spudders, 1949 Henderson Oilers and 1950 Lake Charles Lakers.
