Generoso Stable pitched one game for Cienfuegos in the 1939 Cuban Winter League. He was 2-0 for the Cuban national team that won Bronze in the 1946 Central American Games; Cuba's use of a former pro was somewhat ironic since the country regularly protested about Mexico's and Panama's usage of such players in the 1930s.
