Biographical Information[edit]

Gallieth Haaker had played softball (for the Lady Bucs?) before joining the Dutch women's national team for the 2012 Women's Baseball World Cup. Her cousin Lindy Boland was a teammate. Haaker started at first base and hit .345/.387/.552, fielding .980. She led her team in runs (6), RBI (7), hits (10) and doubles (4) in 9 games. She tied for 7th in the Cup in two-baggers. In the 7th/8th place game, her 7th-inning three-run double off Mabel Cuello down 8-7 against Cuba powered the Netherlands to the win.
