Biographical Information[edit]

Frosty Kennedy put up huge numbers as a member of the Plainview Ponies of the Southwestern League in 1956. He hit .327 with 60 home runs and 184 RBIs that year and scored 151 runs. The next year, his last, he hit only 7 homers with 25 RBI. He had a .342 average in the minors over his career but never reached the majors, having played briefly at the AA level and never higher.

He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
