Biographical Information[edit]
Fred White was a longtime Kansas City Royals broadcaster. He was teamed with Denny Matthews on the Royals Radio Network for 25 seasons, ending in 1998. After that, he was the team's Director of Broadcast Services and Alumni for many years.
In his lengthy career, White also broadcast basketball and football games on network television and also called Big 12 Conference and Big Ten Conference games on radio.
