Biographical Information[edit]

Frank Ragland was 28 when he broke into the majors in 1932. A pitcher, Frank was managed by the famous ex-pitcher Walter Johnson. Frank appeared in 12 games and was eventually traded in August 1933 from the minors to the 1933 Phillies, for whom he appeared in 11 games.

With the Senators, he was two years younger than teammate Heinie Manush.
