Biographical Information

Frank Quinn was in the majors during the second half of the 1899 season.

He apparently spent most of 1899 with Mansfield, a team which also featured Miller Huggins. In 1900 he was again with Mansfield.

He is not to be confused with a later Frank Quinn.
