Biographical Information

The brother of big-leaguer Mario Picone, Frank Picone pitched two years in the minor leagues. He went 0-3 for the 1953 Pauls Valley Raiders and was 0-2 for the Oshkosh Giants. In '54, Frank finished his career for three teams - the Cocoa Indians (0-1), the Olean Giants (1-2) and the Andalusia-Opp Indians (5-7, 6.49) to finish his career 6-15.
