Biographical Information[edit]

Frank "Sugar" Kane was an outfielder in the minor leagues for some 15 years and had cups of coffee with the Brooklyn Tip-Tops and New York Yankees.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War I.

He made hundreds of appearances as a singer while working as an accountant for a large Boston accounting firm. Active in civic affairs, he was a city selectman and town accountant.

He died at age 67 from a heart attack and is buried at Calvary Cemetery in Brockton, MA.
