Biographical Information[edit]
Frank Jelincich played four games with the 1941 Chicago Cubs. In 1947 he was with Stockton and in 1950 he was with Sherbrooke.
Frank's minor league career started in 1937 and ended in 1950. He hit over .300 at several stops, perhaps most notably in 1941 with Utica (.318 with 23 triples and 16 home runs), which got him his cup of coffee in the majors.
After missing 1943-44, he also hit well over .300 in 1945 playing for Los Angeles and Nashville.
