Frank Dams
Frank Dams was on the Belgian national team that won Bronze in the 1985 European Championship. The first season for which First Division stats are available online (as of 7/15/2020) was 1988, when he hit .486/.580/.944 for the Hoboken Pioneers. He did not play enough to qualify for the batting title or he would have been second; he still managed to tie for 3rd in doubles (12) and tie Marc Demolie for 3rd in home runs (7).
He did not play in the First Division from 1989-1991. In 1992, he again did well in limited time (.447/.509/.766). He batted .333/.448/.514 for the '93 Pioneers and was 4 for 13 with a double and a triple in 1994. Switching teams to 1996 (the team abbreviation was CHI; not clear which team this is), he was again excellent in little action (16 for 32, 7 2B, 3 HR, 17 R, 19 RBI). In '98, he hit .351/.468/.519. He did not appear in '99, batted .306/.419/.612 in '00, was 11 for 29 with a double, homer and six walks in 2001 and ended up in 2002 by hitting .415/.484/.566.
