Biographical Information[edit]
Frank Cross played one game in the majors, hitting 3-for-5 (.600) for the Cleveland Blues in the first big league season of the American League. An outfielder, he did not have a chance in the field. Cross was the brother of two other major leaguers, Lave and Amos Cross; his oldest brother, Joe, was also a baseball player. Amos had played from 1885-1887 and died in 1888.
