Biographical Information[edit]

Frank Brosseau began his career as an outfielder, hitting .176 and .211 in 1966 and 1967. In 1968, he became a pitcher in the Western Carolinas League with 101/20 K/BB ratio and a 1.88 ERA. He made his major league debut with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1969, a year in which he went 10-3 in the minors for the York Pirates of the Eastern League. In 3 big league appearances, his ERA was 4.91.
