Francisco Haro has pitched in the Mexican League and been on the Mexican national team.
Haro was 1-1 with a 2.93 ERA for Mexico in the 2015 U-18 Baseball World Cup, tying Forrest Whitley and Yosamir Cousin for 8th with 15 strikeouts. He debuted as a pro in 2015 with the Piratas de Campeche, posting a 4.67 ERA and getting no decisions in 17 outings. With his hometown Cañeros de Los Mochis that winter, he pitched 2 1/3 shutout innings. He was 1-0 with a 4.50 ERA for Campeche in 2016. He did not pitch that winter or the following summer. In 2017-2018, he had a 6.75 ERA in four games for Los Mochis. He was 1-2 with a 5.74 ERA for Campeche in the spring 2018 season but improved to 1-1, Sv, 3.58 in the fall. He then made the Mexican squad for the 2019 Pan American Games Qualifiers, one of two Haros on the team (Esteban Haro was the other).
