Francisco Gutiérrez (Pancho)

Francisco Gutiérrez was an infielder for the Panamanian national team in the 1971 Amateur World Series, 1972 Amateur World Series and 1973 FIBA Amateur World Series. He coached for Panama in the 1994 Baseball World Cup and 2007 Baseball World Cup. In his playing career in Panama's amateur leagues, the shortstop hit .231 and slugged .257, so glovework was likely his calling card.
