Biographical Information

Pitcher Florian Cassutt pitched briefly in the minors. After serving in the Army during World War II, he went 0-3 in 20 games with the Omaha Cardinals in 1948. After baseball, he was a longtime teacher (American studies, psychology and economics) and coach at Hudson High School. He began teaching there in 1959 and also served as its assistant principal.
