Unclear to me. The NGE page linked to from the Montag talk page says: "Fair use of copyrighted material includes the use of protected materials for noncommercial educational purposes. The use of text and images from the NGE Web site for such purposes does not require express permission from the NGE. By downloading, printing, or otherwise using content from the NGE Web site, users agree that they will limit their use of such materials to fair use and will not violate the NGE's or any other party's proprietary rights."

I thought all images released onto the Bullpen become public domain and therefore we have no way of ensuring fair use for them. Am I understanding correctly? - --Mischa 09:30, 2 July 2008 (EDT)
