I scanned my ticket from the first game between Canada and the USA. Copyright is held by World Baseball Classic Inc. per the back of the ticket. Should qualify as fair use relating to the aticle on the 2009 WBC in Toronto, as it is one of the venues where the Classic took place. Non replaceable by a free image. Only a portion of the ticket is used, and it's relatively low res. Canada is out of the tournament, should also be safe to use as a non-replaceable historic document.

Interesting how the logo used is only in blue, and not the four colored swirls as on the normal WBC logo. The picture of Toronto is pretty generic, CN Tower and the Rogers Centre as seen from Lake Ontario. (we've also just provided a critical commentary about the ticket, another fair use rationale).
