Believed to be fair use as the image is low resolution, used for illustrative and educational purposes on the BR Bullpen. The Cup is no longer awarded, and this is the only available model to photograph. Per the Hall's website, "Our mission is to preserve and teach the vast history of baseball in Canada and the world through our museum and museum programs...", and this should qualify as satisfying their missing of teaching about the history of baseball in Canada.
