Luke Hamlin in an advertisement for the game "Base Hit", offered for sale at Simpson's department store in Toronto for $3.95. Taken from page 13 of the Toronto Daily Star, May 4, 1945. Hamlin played for the Toronto Maple Leafs at the time. Item is in the public domain in Canada, where copyright expires after 50 years. Posting under Fair Use in the USA. Unlikely to cause copyright concerns, Simpson's department store has been sold to The Bay, and the Toronto Maple Leafs no longer exist.
