U.S. testing liveliness of baseballs. Washington, D.C., Feb. 21. Experiments to test the liveliness of American, National and International League baseballs began at the National Bureau of Standards today. Edward B. Eynon, (left) Secretary of the Washington Baseball Club, and Dr. Hugh L.
