Db_S3_Tony_Lorenzo1.jpg(253 × 400 pixels, file size: 12 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)

From the July 1946 edition of Fotos magazine, published in Cuba. Copyright was not registered in the US, hence is in the public domain in the USA. Over 50 yrs old in Cuba, also pd there. (have checked using the links here, http://onlinebooks.library.upenn.edu/cce/index.html . No mention of Fotos or Fotos magazine). Must be in the public domain before Cuba joined the Berne Convention on February 20, 1997, per Wikipedia. This would either be public domain as a 25 yr old photo, or a 50 yr old magazine (expiring in July 1996). See http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Fotos_db_S1_Mario_Diaz2.jpg
