Biographical Information[edit]
Infielder Elmer Kirchhoff played two years of minor league ball. He hit .254/?/.283 for the 1941 West Palm Beach Indians, starting at shortstop in 1941. In 1942, he batted .256/?/.319 for the Wellsville Yankees. He did not hit a home run in 796 at-bats as a pro. Later, he served in the Navy during World War II and was a dairy worker for 25 years.
