Edwin van den Berk who has officiated in many international events. He began his international career in 1995 with the European Cup. He was an umpire at the 1999 Africa/Oceania Olympic Qualifier. He worked the 2000 World Junior Championship, 2001 Baseball World Cup, 2002 Intercontinental Cup, 2003 Europe/Africa Olympic Qualifier, 2003 Baseball World Cup, 2004 Olympic Test Tournament, 2005 Baseball World Cup, 2006 COPABE Olympic Qualifier in Cuba, 2006 Intercontinental Cup and 2007 European Championship. He was an alternate at the 2006 World Baseball Classic. Through 2007, he has worked 7 European Cups or CupWinners Cups, 5 European Championships, 2 European B-Pool Championship, One Junior European Championship, five Haarlem Baseball Weeks and five World Port Tournaments. He began his career in Hoofdklasse in 1995.
Van den Berk worked the 2008 Olympics, his first Olympics.
An Edwin van den Berk was on the Dutch national team in the 1980 Amateur World Series; this presumably is the same individual.
