Eduard Mráz has played in the Czech Extraliga since 2004. That year, he was 5 for 22 with doubles and a walk and was 0-1 with a 6.48 ERA for the Tegola Titans. In 2005, Mráz hit .246/.267/.298 and had a 0-7, 6.45 record. During 2006, he batted .258/.350/.348 and posted a 2-4, 3.91 record. In 2007, Eduard produced at a .235/.284/.309 clip; he was 0-6 with a save and a 3.71 ERA as a pitcher.

In 2008, Eduard hit .325/.325/.475 and had a 1-4, 4.28 record with a save. Opponents hit only .199 but he walked 27 in 40 innings. He tied Boris Bokaj for sixth in the league in lowest average allowed; offensively, he tied for second in triples (4), was eight in total bases (57) and 7th in RBI (21).

In the 2008 European Championship Qualifiers, Mráz was 4 for 10 with two walks, a steal, five runs and five RBI. In the 2008 World University Championship, he went 0 for 5 with a walk and three strikeouts and gave up a run in his only inning of work.
