Biographical Information[edit]
Ed Stone, born on August 21, 1909, was a Negro Leagues Rightfielder and Third Baseman. He made his rookie debut at age 24 for the Philadelphia Bacharach Giants in 1934, hitting at a .298/.375/.386/113 clip over a modest sample size of 64 PA. Although he never reached 1.5 WAR, he made three All-Star teams.
