Infielder Ed Pebley was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 2nd round of the January pahase of the 1974 amateur draft. He played in the minors from 1974 to 1980 in the Orioles (1974-1975), Oakland A's (1976-1977), and Seattle Mariners (1978-1980) organizations.
Pebley later scouted for the St. Louis Cardinals in 1983 and scouted Jack McDowell and Tom Fordham for the Chicago White Sox.
