Edward J. Conahan

Biographical Information[edit]

Ed Conahan was a National League umpire for 10 games in 1896, at which time he would have been only 19 if his birth information is to be trusted.

He returned to working as an umpire in an outlaw league in Pennsylvania in 1904 before joining the Eastern League during that summer. He was in the New York State League in 1905 and back in the Eastern League in 1906 and part of 1907, finishing that last season in the Western League. He did not work in 1908, but in 1909 he was in the American Association and in 1910 in the Southern League.
