Biographical Information[edit]
Earl Hamilton pitched a no-hitter while playing for the St. Louis Browns on August 30, 1912. What makes this one in particular notable is that he did not strike out a single batter in accomplishing the feat.
Following his major league career, Hamilton owned the Ponca City Angels, who became the St. Joseph Angels in 1939. He later also owned the Stockton Fliers, one of the original members of the California League.
