Biographical Information

Pitcher Dylan Lesko was taken by the San Diego Padres in the first round, 15th overall, of the 2022 amateur draft after winning the 2021 Gatorade Player of the Year award. His signing bonus was $3.9 million. He underwent Tommy John surgery that April, but the Padres took him in the first round, anyway. He was expected to be out until 2024.
