Biographical information[edit]
Dom Moselle was the head baseball coach at the University of Wisconsin-Superior from 1980-1986.
Moselle graduated from Hurley (WI) High School in 1943. After serving in World War II, he attended the University of Wisconsin-Superior and starred on the football and basketball teams. The Cleveland Browns selected him in the 23rd round of the 1950 NFL Draft. He played in the NFL for the Cleveland Browns (1950), the Green Bay Packers (1951-1952), and the Philadelphia Eagles (1954). He also played for the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League in 1955.
He earned a master's degree in education from Indiana State University and was an instructor and coach at Wabash College from 1958-1961 and at the University of Wisconsin-Superior from 1961-1986.
