Biographical Information[edit]
Dick Errickson pitched five years in the majors, mostly for the Boston Bees under manager Casey Stengel. In 1940 he was one of the aces of the staff, going 12-13 on a team that went 65-87 and tying for the team lead in wins. He posted an ERA of 3.15 as a rookie in 1938 and an ERA of 3.16 in 1940.
He managed in the minors in 1949. He was a mechanic after his baseball days.
