Biographical Information[edit]

Denny Neagle was signed as a 3rd round pick in the 1989 amateur draft by the Minnesota Twins and scout Tony Giuliani, out of the University of Minnesota.

He is one of the rare pitchers to have had a twenty-win season in both the minor leagues and major leagues: in 1990, he went 20-3 in a season split between the Visalia Oaks (8-0) and the Orlando Sun Rays (12-3). In 1997, he went 20-5 for the Atlanta Braves.

Neagle bought Human Growth Hormone from 2000-2004 from Kirk Radomski according to the Mitchell Report, which included 8 checks signed by Neagle.
