David James (Britain)
IF/OF David James was the top British national team contact hitter when they finished second in the 1967 European Championship, going 5 for 18 to lead in hits and average. His three runs tied him for second on the team (one behind [[John Brining]}) and his three RBI were second, two shy of Brining. He also played for Britain in the 1971 European Championship, when the team included a second James, Eddie James. It is unclear if the two are related.
