Biographical Information[edit]
Outfielder Dave McLaughlin was selected by the Chicago White Sox in the 14th round of the 1982 amateur draft. With the GCL White Sox that summer, he led the Gulf Coast League with a .350 average, 83 hits, and 48 runs scored. However, he never reached the major leagues, peaking at AA in 1985.
