Biographical Information

Pitcher Daryl Maday was selected by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 43rd round of the 2003 amateur draft but did not sign, opting to attend the University of Arkansas instead. He was then taken by the San Francisco Giants in the 30th round of the 2006 amateur draft. He made his pro debut the following summer with the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes, going 5-2 with a 2.32 ERA in 14 outings.
