Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Dany Jiménez was selected by the San Francisco Giants from the Toronto Blue Jays in the 2019 Rule V Draft. He made his big league debut with the Giants on Opening Day, July 23, 2020, pitching a third of an inning in relief and giving up a run facing the Los Angeles Dodgers. After a second outing, this one lasting an inning, he was returned to the Blue Jays on August 2nd. He was again drafted in the 2020 Rule V Draft, this time by the Oakland Athletics, but was returned once again to the Blue Jays midway through spring training in 2021.
