Biographical Information[edit]
Daniel Farth has played in the Elitserien. In 2003, he was 5 for 16 with 3 walks and a double for the Leksand Lumberjacks. The next year, he hit .219/.348/.323; when not playing the outfield, he was 2-1 with a 4.09 ERA.
Farth made big strides in 2005, batting .350/.431/.389 to finish 10th in the league in average. As a backup in the 2005 European Championship, he was an impressive 4-for-9 with a homer, 5 runs and RBI. In the 2005 Baseball World Cup, he was 0 for 4 with a run, backing up Philip Gajzler in right field. In 2006, Daniel hit .328/.428/.404 - he also had five assists in 31 games in center.
In 2007, Farth produced at a .321/.439/.494 rate. In the 2007 European Championship, he was 1 for 5. In the 2008 Elitserien, the 23-year-old hit .304/.401/.398 for the Lumberjacks.
