Danger Guerrero not only has one of the coolest names in Cuban baseball but has been a dependable backstop for La Habana. He hit .322/.386/.437 in 2007-2008 and threw out 25 of 46 would-be base-thieves. Through that season, his 8th, he had hit .280 and slugged .386.

In 2008-2009, Guerrero batted .249/.377/.371 and threw out 15 of 39 base-stealers. La Habana won the pennant. Danger improved to .320/.373/.473 in 2009-2010. His forte was defense as he fielded .996 and threw out 21 of 43 people who tried to steal against him.
