Dan Purvis was a college coach.
He was assistant coach at Northeast Jones High School in 2000-2001, then was assistant at Delta State (2002) and Belhaven College (2003). He was the first baseball coach and athletic director at Louisiana State University at Alexandria, holding the roles from 2008-2012.
